Prêt Achat Terrain (PAT) is a financial product which allows the purchase of a property. It is destined to any individual leaving in Haiti or in the Haitian Diaspora.
Caracteristics
- Duration : between 5 and 10 years
- Financing rate: 50% of the value of the guarantee value
- Interest rate based on the conditions of the market
- Guarantee: all types of guarantees (security deposit, security on the property and buildings, Guarantor holds an account at SOGEBEL, etc.)

Documents to be presented
- 2 valid proofs of identity, chose one of the following:
- National ID card
- Passport
- Driver’s licence
- Proof of address (bank statements from other banks, EDH bill, lease agreement)
- Proof of steady income
- Copy of ownership deeds in case of an acquisition and land survey plan
- Guarantees: life insurance
