- Interest rate based on the conditions of the market
- Guarantee: all types of guarantees (security deposit, security on the property and buildings, Guarantor holds an account at SOGEBEL, etc.)

- Guarantees: life insurance and multi risks
- Copy of ownership deeds in case of an acquisition
